They say “Age doesn’t matter”, and witty to say “height doesn’t matter” I hope so, because unfortunately and in reality it’s not since height really matters. In applying for a profession for various justification height matters, even in applying for a course of some colleges involve height why? I don’t know why coz now all I need to know is how to increase my height.
Standing 4’ 11 on the ground very poor and unwell that’s me, it’s been a 4 years in high school and I still bear this height in anticipation of the present (in short di na ako tumantangkad!) and it’s been a year since I was conscious and aware of my height so, last summer I started searching over some tips or so called guidelines to get taller and I had read a lot of articles, some of it are the practices I follow now, kasi pangarap ko talaga tumangkad I dreamt of 5’4 height! I wish I could make it.
As an Implementation for myself, I’m taking up cherifer (ilang cherifer pa ba ang kailangan kong laklakin para tumangkad? Grrr magastos ah!) they say it’s effective it seems not for me but I’m still taking it anyway and hoping for any miracles lols, drinking a glass of milk I had read article about it and it says should be 3 times a day last summer I’m doing it but now it’s too bad coz I can only drink 2 times a day one every morning and another one before going to sleep, having a lot of sleep again a guideline to increase height it requires 8 hours and should sleep early and upon waking up they say I should do some stretching that’s why I practiced it before taking shower, a regular exercise damn! shameful me coz I’m not a sporty girl so I rarely do it but thanks for the physical fitness subject in school coz in a little way it contribute and thanks for lyceum coz your school is fairly far to walk from the LRT station so it’s a good exercise and probably could help me! I also do some Bhujangasana exercise before going to sleep but sometimes I do it after waking up familiar with that Bhujangasana? It’s a yoga exercise, it’s a slimming exercise but it also helps improve height coz it stretches our spines and I enjoy doing it (para lng akong nalalaro haha). A proper diet is important too but now and again I can’t help myself to control a diet but I do eat foods with calcium and some leafy green vegetables like cabbage coz again they say it helps. Lastly I wanted to do bar hanging but unfortunately I have no bars to hang on so I can’t make it grrr! So that’s all I practice and plan of policy to increase height, can somebody suggest anything more? (grr! Sana tumangkad na ako!) Well, from now on I’ll try my best to do it it’s for a better me however I hope its effective!

ako din gusto ko din tumangkad standing 5'5 quite small for a male, cuz i search in the net sabi nila ang average height for a male is 5'8. badtrip lng dna ko tumatangkad for almost 3 years na amfff! ng search din ako kung pano tumangkad.. and nakakatuwa dahil hindi lng pla ako ung taong sobrang desperate para tumangkad.. hayyyy gingawa ko din yn cherifers, exercise, stretching, proper diet tsaka ung bar hanging nagagawa ko sia at promise sobra hirap. hahahah! kaso parang walang effect.. pero im not losing my hope...
sna tumangkad pa tayo noh? ahahahah! sia nga pla may isa pang effective na pampatangkad .. un ay mag pray ka lng kay bro .. heheh ..
